ClinicalExperience：
After completing residency training at RW] Medical College at Rutgers State University, Dr
Lu-Ferguson stayed on as a faculty member in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology
Gynecological Endocrinology and lnfertility. There she engaged in OBGYN practice, teaching
residents and medical students and performing clinical research, After returning to China in
2005, Dr. Lu-Ferguson was the Director of the Department of OB/GYN at Parkway Health, the
Chief Medical Officer and Chief of Quality & Safety at Shanghai Redleaf lnternational Women's
and Children's Hospital, and the President and CEO of Ferguson Women's Health.

Education：
Dr. Lu-Ferguson holds a Medical Doctor (MD) degree from Medical College of Ohio, and a
Master of Science from New York University (NYU). She studied at the Peking Union Medica
College (Department of Medicine) and Peking University (Pre-med/Biology) before she left
China for the US in 1986. Dr. Lu-Ferguson completed her OB/GYN residency training at the
Robert Wood lohnson Medical College (RW)) Rutgers State University.
