Education Background:

Dr. Gu graduated from the Medical Department of Shanghai Second Medical University (present-day Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine) in 1989.

Working Experience:

Dr. Gu has more than 30 years’ clinical practicing experience in neonatal department. She once worked in the neonatal department of Shanghai Changning Maternity & Infant Health Hospital and was promoted as associate chief physician in 2007. 

Specialty:

Dr. Gu, with many years of experience in diagnosing and treating the common neonatal diseases, is specialized in the neonates' first aids and clinical management of premature infants and high-risk infants. In addition, she is good at the diagnosis and treatment of premature infants and nutritional assessment, the management of high-risk newborns and long-term follow-up of newborns.

Dr. Gu has published dozens of articles and papers in prestigious pediatric journals.
